HHW Operator – Canadian course

March 29 - March 30

Course overview: The eight hour course will provide information to household hazardous waste operating staff and managers on ensuring proper operating practices and safety at HHW facilities. Students will learn how to handle a wide range of household hazardous waste efficiently and safely, along with the basics of a well laid out site and operational procedures. Knowing the regulations for handling HHW in Ontario, along with identification and storage of a variety of HHW classification is key to safe and efficient HHW operational sites, including mobile sites.

Who Should Attend: The course is suited to those persons who are involved in the planning, operation and supervision of HHW facilities.

Registration Fee: $250 CEUs: 7 educational units
